 Simple Earth Rebel was not created to become a platform. It grew from a lifelong desire to understand life itself, why suffering exists, how healing unfolds, why we sometimes lose our way, and what allows us to find ourselves again.

For more than seventeen years, I have worked as a registered nurse, caring for people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Alongside my clinical work, I earned a Master of Science in Nursing and pursued graduate studies in holistic health. Those experiences taught me the importance of science, evidence, and compassionate care, but they also revealed something else: not everything that matters can be measured.

Some of life’s deepest questions refuse to fit neatly inside data.

For many years, I viewed the world primarily through a scientific lens, trusting what could be observed, tested, and explained. Yet beneath that foundation was a quiet intuition that life speaks in ways our instruments cannot always detect. There seemed to be patterns connecting nature, healing, consciousness, and the human experience that invited curiosity rather than certainty.

Following those questions gradually led me into the study of consciousness, ancient wisdom traditions, philosophy, and emerging scientific perspectives that explore the nature of reality itself. I did not leave science behind. Instead, I discovered that curiosity could build a bridge between careful observation and honest wonder.

That bridge became Simple Earth Rebel.

This space is not about certainty or having all the answers. It is a place for thoughtful exploration, for asking meaningful questions, sharing ideas, and reflecting together on what it means to live with greater awareness, balance, and connection. It is shaped by a lifelong love of nature, ancient history, and the remarkable intelligence woven throughout the living world.

A Note About This Work

Simple Earth Rebel exists for education, reflection, and shared inquiry. It is not a medical practice, psychological service, or therapeutic program. Nothing shared here is intended to diagnose, treat, or replace professional healthcare. Instead, this work explores ideas that encourage awareness, perspective, and a deeper relationship with ourselves, one another, and the natural world.

Everything you will find here has grown from years of reading, research, study, travel, observation, and lived experience. My teachers have included classrooms and hospitals, forests and mountains, scientific literature, ancient cultures, meaningful conversations, and countless moments spent listening.

Over time, I have come to believe that healing is rarely about finding a single answer. More often, it begins by remembering our relationship with life itself, with the Earth beneath our feet, with one another, and with the deeper wisdom that has always been present, waiting to be noticed.

Simple Earth Rebel is an invitation.

An invitation to slow down.

To question with humility.

To stay curious.

To honor both science and mystery.

To rediscover the intelligence of nature and the extraordinary capacity for healing, resilience, and meaning that already lives within us.
